The Heroes' Festival will be well directed from all major roads the week of the event.
By road, Newark & Notts Showground is situated to the north east of Newark and just off the A1 & A46 at Winthorpe.
The Showground has easy from the A1, A46, A17 & A617.
The Showground is a short distance away from the town of Newark & therefore is not far from the train & bus stations.
The Showground is disabled user friendly
No dogs will be allowed on The Showground, apart from disabled assistance dogs and guide dogs. This is for their welfare at this event as there will be loud noise and Military Animals. Any dogs left in cars must have adaquate access to water and be well ventilated.
